Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can make an order as a guest. Any order placed as a guest require you to manually enter your data and payment information, so we recommend you to register in order to save them for future reference.
If I forgot my password what should I do?
Click on ”Lost your password?’’ Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Are duties and taxes included?
The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so you will not be required to pay duties, taxes or any additional fees.

How do I know the correct size to order?
In order to help you find the perfect size, on every product page you will find a size chart to help convert international sizes and the product measurements (length, thickness, etc…). Our Customer Care team is always available to answer any question regarding sizes and measurements.
The earrings are sold as singles or pairs when quantity is 1?

What should I do if my jewelry breaks? 
Emanuele Bicocchi jewelry has a warranty of 18 months. If your product is under warranty please contact our customer service (info@emanuelebicocchi.com) to send them the products to fix or replace. If they are not under warranty we might still be able to repair it, please send a picture of the broken items to our customer service (info@emanuelebicocchi.com) and they will let you know if repair is possible and how much the repair cost is.

Is the shipping free? How do you ship my order?
Shipping is free for orders over € 150,00. We ship orders with DHL Express from Monday to Friday.
Will you provide a tracking number once my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment.
Are your products distributed worldwide?
We are not able to ship our product to THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

Can I change address after order is placed?
Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address while your order is “in progress”. You cannot change your shipping address once your order has been marked as “complete”.
 
RETURN AND REFOUND
 
Can I return my customized item?
Customized items are not returnable nor refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 business days.
